I am looking for some ideas to work with someone who is creative with design ideas, to update/modernise site, particular focusing on the below examples, who would need to be happy to discuss the project pre starting, and preferably have previous website experience within Recruitment please.

Able to Use a Broadbean integration to receive jobs, and a geo-location function on the website to do the distance search. 6. PPC/Google Ads/Landing Pages 7.
