Freelance Architect Needed for Ongoing Domestic Projects (UK-Based, ideally Berkshire or Surrey)
We’re looking for a talented and reliable architect to join us on a freelance basis for ongoing domestic residential projects.
You'll be acting as an extension of our business – set up with a company email and integrated into our team – so we're looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled, but also professional, responsive, and comfortable working with homeowners and builders.
Scope of Work Includes: Structural calculations and drawings for small works (e.g. knock-throughs, wall removals) Full architectural design for small to large domestic extensions Full build residential projects, from concept to submission Preparing and submitting planning and building regs applications Liaising with clients, local authorities, and structural engineers as needed
Ideal Candidate: Qualified Architect or Technician with experience in UK residential projects Proficient in producing planning and building regs drawings Able to complete structural calculations or collaborate with an engineer to do so Clear communication and ability to work independently Comfortable working under our brand with a company email
