Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks Description: We're building a voice-based AI agent for chronic disease management (e.g., Hypertension, Diabetes, CHF) using OpenAI + Twilio + GCP. We already have a dev team in place and now need an experienced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) consultant to guide architecture, chunking, vector DB design, prompt orchestration, and HIPAA compliance. This is a short-term consulting role (10 hours over 2–4 weeks), but critical to ensure long-term scalability and compliance. Responsibilities: Review and optimize our RAG design (vector DB, retriever, chunking strategy) Help modularize disease-specific prompt flows Ensure HIPAA-compliant data pipelines Guide OpenAI + Twilio voice agent integration Support the team through technical decisions and reviews Our Stack: OpenAI GPT-4 + Function Calling LangChain (Python) Twilio (Voice Calls) GCP: Cloud Functions, FAISS, Logging React (VA Assistant UI) Must-Have Skills: Proven RAG + LangChain experience HIPAA-compliant AI system design Strong knowledge of OpenAI tools + vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) Team mentoring and system-level architecture design Nice-to-Have: Twilio experience Healthtech background India/UK/US time zone overlap
