I am in the process of converting a html project to wordpress and need: expert that can work from local machine server, not on web to do the following:
1. Homepage formating hero section fix, text, nav bar and images lined up, sized correctly with correct font, remove any extraneous code. 2. Remove all uneeded css files and combine tidy remaining css files into neat correct code with duplication removed etc 3. check through and remove any js files that are not required. 4. remove any errors seen in browser ie 404 and css not loading etc
