Confirmed: - Magento system backend correctly holds all 14 products. - This is strictly an API-level delivery issue, not a data issue.
Required Actions: [ ] Trace `API63C` logic from request to response. [ ] Identify conditions under which a product is dropped from output. [ ] Verify user/account-specific conditions (e.g., permissions, visibility). [ ] Ensure response consistency with backend product list (always 14).
