We are seeking a skilled IT specialist with experience in Microsoft Intune, VPN/static IP networking (especially in dual-WAN environments), and SharePoint/OneDrive administration. The project consists of four separate defined tasks:
Task 1:
Sync Microsoft Edge Favourites Across Android and Windows Devices
Objective:
Ensure that Edge favourites on Directors’ Android mobile devices are aligned with the same set deployed to their Windows desktops via Intune.
Determine whether Edge favourites can sync across Windows and Android via Intune policies.
Actions Required:
Confirm whether native sync is supported.
If not supported:
Recommend a reliable and maintainable workaround.
Implement a solution to sync Edge desktop favourites with Android favourites.
Task 2:
Configure Static IP for Kodak ScanStation 730EX Across Starlink & LTE
Objective:
Enable consistent scan-to-email functionality by assigning a static public IP to a Kodak ScanStation 730EX scanner in an environment that uses both Starlink (primary) and LTE (failover) internet connections.
Details:
The scanner cannot authenticate properly if the IP changes.
Must work seamlessly across dual-WAN (Starlink and LTE) setup managed via a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro Max.
Preferred Solution Options (open to expert recommendation):
Third-party static relay: e.g., Tailscale or similar for SMTP traffic.
Actions Required:
Evaluate the options and provide a cost-effective, robust recommendation.
Fully implement the selected solution, ensuring stability during WAN failover.
Task 3:
SharePoint to OneDrive Migration
Objective:
Migrate and remove sensitive family files from our company SharePoint to a private Microsoft OneDrive account, ensuring proper data handling and clean-up across environments.
Actions Required:
Migrate all content from the SharePoint workspace to a personal OneDrive account.
Preserve original folder structures and metadata (e.g., created/modified dates).
Once verified, delete the workspace entirely from SharePoint.
Ensure that no residual data remains within any company OneDrive folders or synced libraries.
Task 4.
MICROSOFT TEAMS: Chat History Deletion
Action:
Permanently delete all historical Teams chat conversations across all user accounts in the tenant.
