We are a real estate advisory firm with an increasing number of feasibility study mandates from clients across the GCC region, covering hospitality, mixed-use, and office developments.
While we have an in-house team producing financial models, we are looking to expand our capacity and are seeking a freelance finance specialist to support us on a project basis.
Your Role: Serve as a second pair of eyes to review and validate our Excel-based financial models (IRR, NPV, cash flow, sensitivity, etc.)
Spot-check assumptions, flag risks, and ensure modeling consistency and clarity
Insert final figures, charts, and outputs from Excel into our PowerPoint feasibility reports in a structured and visually clear manner
What We’re Looking For: Strong proficiency in real estate financial modeling
Experience in feasibility studies for large-scale developments (GFA, phasing, revenues, cost estimates)
Familiarity with GCC market dynamics and development standards is a strong plus
Ability to work with existing templates and align with our internal formatting
Reliable and responsive with good communication skills
We’re looking for someone who is available on an ongoing basis as project needs arise. Please share examples of similar work you've done and your experience with real estate development projects.
