Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Create and test compelling creative content tailored to each platform
Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Work with our team to align messaging with event marketing
Requirements:
Proven success running TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
Experience with targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
Strong understanding of creative trends, particularly in entertainment or nightlife
Ability to deliver weekly reports and ad performance insights
Bonus: Experience with event-based advertising or LGBTQ+ entertainment
