The Role
We are looking for a Social Media and Community Manager to take ownership of our online presence. You will turn raw content from our team into a polished on-brand feed that grows our community and brings new women into our space.
You will • Create and execute a monthly content strategy across Instagram and TikTok • Write all captions in our brand voice which is witty, empowering and boutique • Edit content from iPhone and Sony A7RIII footage yourself or with your own editing team • Design bold clean graphics for posts quotes and carousels • Manage our content calendar and post consistently several times per week • Engage with our community by replying to comments and DMs encouraging user-generated content and interacting with local businesses and influencers • Track performance and adjust strategy to keep growth consistent
You will be working closely with • Dani our Gym Manager and Denise our Trainer who will film content to your brief • The owners to align content with business goals and promotions
