Site Scope: The project involves a website redesign. The sitemap details the pages that need to be redesigned or developed, and the project includes assisting with the initial import and formatting of provided content.

Content Contribution: All final copy and images will be provided.
Plugin Recommendations: A pre-defined list of high-quality plugins to integrate and configure has been chosen to meet the site's specific functional requirements.
Bookings: The Brevo "Meetings" feature will be used. Crowdfunding: GiveWP will be used. Interactive Quizzes: A quiz plugin like Quiz and Survey Master (QSM) will be used. SEO: AIOSEO or Rank Math will be implemented. Security: Wordfence will be integrated.
Key Responsibilities: Your role is to implement the technical plan. This includes: WordPress Setup: Configure the updated WordPress installation on a managed hosting environment, and set up the selected block-based theme and all required plugins. UX/UI Implementation: Apply the provided style guide to create a professional and intuitive website design, ensuring it is fully responsive and adheres to mobile-first principles. You will use the WordPress block editor as the primary tool for page development.
Functionality Integration: Implement and customize the specified plugins for bookings, crowdfunding, quizzes, and SEO.
Performance Optimization: Ensure the website is fast-loading by implementing caching, image optimization, and minifying code.
Security & Maintenance: Implement foundational security measures and set up a clear routine maintenance checklist.
Training & Documentation: Provide comprehensive handover documentation and personalized training sessions on how to manage the website.
