Create a Unique Subdomain Generate a subdomain (e.g., clientname.yourdomain.com) based on the user’s input. Update DNS records through the hosting provider or DNS API (e.g., Cloudflare, cPanel, AWS Route 53). Ensure the subdomain points to the CRM environment. (Optional) Issue an SSL certificate for the subdomain automatically or use a wildcard SSL. Create a CRM User Account Add the user to the CRM system with the provided credentials. Link the user’s account to the created subdomain. Store the user’s details securely (passwords hashed). Form Requirements Fields: Subdomain name, username, email, password. Input validation to ensure the subdomain name is available and valid. Display clear error or success messages. Security Measures Sanitize and validate all inputs. Protect the endpoint with authentication and rate limiting to prevent abuse. System Requirements Compatible with the current CRM infrastructure. Capable of working in a multi-tenant CRM environment. Expected Outcome: When a user submits the form, a subdomain is created, CRM access is provisioned, and the user receives confirmation with their credentials and unique CRM link.
