What We’re Looking For We need a 3D mock-up (interior visualisation) that brings our concept to life for presentations, fundraising, and artist outreach. The goal is to help people “see” the space before it’s built — capturing both the layout and the creative, welcoming atmosphere.
Scope of Work Create a 3D visualisation of the full floor layout (we’ll provide draft plans + concept sketches). Design key zones: Reception & gallery entrance Central studio corridor Workshop/classroom zone Café/lounge Apply realistic textures (concrete, wood, glass, lighting, greenery). Final deliverables: High-resolution rendered images (2–4 angles) Optional: a short walkthrough animation (please quote separately if available).
What We’ll Provide Draft floor plan & space dimensions Photos of the existing industrial unit Brand moodboard (colours, atmosphere, style references) Notes on materials and finishes
Ideal Freelancer Skilled in 3D architectural visualisation / interior design Portfolio showing cultural, co-working, or creative spaces preferred Comfortable working to a collaborative process (1–2 rounds of feedback) Can deliver high-quality visuals within agreed timeline
Budget & Timeline Budget: Flexible, open to quotes (expected £500–£1,500 depending on detail and animation). Timeline: 2–3 weeks for initial visuals.
