Status - App is live on both stores and stable. - Codebase already upgraded to Flutter 3.32.x with dependencies updated. - Builds run. Previous developer failed to fix remaining issues and deflected (see feedback).
Blocking Issues to Fix 1) iOS (Xcode 16, iOS SDK 17) — Selfie screen responsiveness: requires ~20 taps before reacting. 2) Android (SDK 34) — Incorrect color payloads to server: stores black (= no color) instead of selected value. 3) iOS Rendering — Green tint applied to faces (native layers verified OK; issue is in Flutter integration/bridge). 4) iOS Slider Performance — Opacity slider stutters/lags; appears to update on every drag tick instead of on release (Android implementation is smooth).
Note: Native iOS and Android components have been tested separately and are correct. The problems are in Flutter integration / event handling / platform channels.
Requirements (Must-Have) - Senior Flutter engineer with strong Swift + Kotlin. - macOS with Xcode 16 and device/simulator setup for iOS SDK 17 testing. - Comfortable fixing Flutter/Flutter.h, modulemap, use_frameworks!, Bitcode off, xcframework conversions, and plugin incompatibilities. - Can produce signed release builds for both platforms and upload iOS to TestFlight v2.0.
Deliverables / Validation - Fixed: iOS selfie responsiveness, iOS green tint, iOS slider smoothness, Android color persistence (server receives correct values). - Release builds: iOS (uploaded to TestFlight v2.0) + Android (signed, ready for store). - No new features. Strictly bug fixes & compatibility.
Environment Targets - iOS: Xcode 16, iOS SDK 17, min iOS 13, Bitcode disabled, xcframework where required. - Android: Target SDK 34, updated Gradle & Kotlin, proper signing for release.
