We are seeking an experienced website designer/developer to create a modern, responsive, and user-friendly event website. The site will serve as the central hub for information, delegate registration, exhibitor applications, and online payments.

Present the event in a professional and high-impact manner.
Provide clear information on program, speakers, exhibitors, and partners.
Enable delegate registration and online payment through our payment gateway.
Include exhibitor application forms/downloads.
Showcase updates and media content (press releases, gallery).
Ensure mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-optimized design.

Home Page – Event overview, countdown timer, registration call-to-action.
About the Event – Background and highlights.
Program – Full event schedule.
Speakers – Profiles of keynote speakers and panelists.
Registration – Delegate sign-up with integrated payment gateway.
Media/News – Updates, press releases, and photo gallery.
Contact Page – Contact form, email, phone, and social links.
Deliverables:
Fully functional and responsive website (WordPress or other recommended CMS).
Clean, modern, professional design aligned with brand guidelines.
Easy-to-update backend for our team.
