Scheduling: Dashboard of live orders, batch job-card print, fixing calendar. Accounts: Deposits, invoices, credit notes, refunds, statements, debt letters, reversible entries. Cemeteries: Fee groups, fixing areas, forms/contacts, maps. What3Words: Exact grave location link/SMS. 2. Data Entities Customer: Name, address, billing, comms prefs, tax code, analysis tags, Google Maps link. ContactLog: Date/time, user, type (call/email), notes, attachment, follow-up. Cemetery: Name, address, fee group, fixing area, restrictions, permit forms, map link. Order: Branch, analysis codes, special instructions, cemetery, approvals, linked quote/enquiry. OrderLine: Up to 30, qty/unit/price/discount, analysis code. Inscription: Pasted/imported text, type/style, letter/line counts, attached layout JPG.
