I’m looking for an experienced automation specialist to connect BombBomb, Zapier, and Mailchimp to streamline my monthly email marketing process. Project Scope: Set up an automation workflow where 9 pre-written email campaigns are sent out monthly to a contact list. Use Zapier to connect BombBomb and Mailchimp, ensuring smooth data and trigger integration. Emails must be sent automatically on a pre-defined schedule (e.g., one per month). Ensure BombBomb video email capabilities are integrated properly in the sequence. Sync contact lists between platforms (if required). Provide basic training or documentation on how to monitor or update the automation if needed. Requirements: Proven experience with BombBomb, Zapier, and Mailchimp integrations. Strong understanding of email automation workflows. Ability to ensure reliable delivery and troubleshoot any connection issues. Communicative and deadline-oriented. Deliverables: Fully functional automated workflow. Testing to ensure all 9 emails send correctly on schedule. Documentation or video guide for future edits/maintenance (optional but preferred).
