Description: We partner with corporate clients worldwide. We are hiring a 3D Motion Designer/3D Animator/Video Editor who will serve as the media content lead and turn scripts and ideas into clear, on brand explainer videos, testimonial edits, product “how to” content, and 3D animations. You will lead our video and motion pipeline, from script development and storyboarding, to production, editing, and delivery. You will set standards, manage timelines, and keep quality consistent across channels. What you will do: Co write scripts and treatments for testimonials, platform tutorials, product explainers, and campaign videos Translate scripts into visual plans, shot lists, style frames, and concise storyboards or animatics Edit testimonial and podcast based videos for clarity and impact, select the best takes, shape the story, add captions and simple graphics, clean audio, apply color correction, and deliver export ready masters Create motion graphics and 3D animation, logos, UI, product elements, and simple FX. Build reusable templates, intro and outro tags, lower thirds, transitions, and title systems to speed delivery Maintain brand consistency, evolve motion guidelines, and ensure accessibility and loudness targets are met Own the content calendar for video and motion, align with marketing and product, and report progress and risks Manage project files, naming, version control, license tracking, and a tidy asset library What we are looking for: A strong portfolio that shows script to screen work, testimonial edits, product or platform explainers, motion or 3D pieces Proven ability to co-write scripts and treatments, shape narratives from raw recordings, and keep content on brand Fluency in typography, composition, pacing, captions, subtitles, and thumbnail strategy Audio and color skills, noise cleanup, dialogue leveling, EQ, compression, color correction, and basic grading Experience creating templates, intro and outro systems, and reusable presets that speed delivery Clear communicator, comfortable giving and receiving feedback, able to work with the CEO, marketing, and product Ownership mindset, reliable with timelines, calm under pressure, good judgment on quality vs time Deliverables: Script or treatment, style frames, and a short animatic for approval Edited testimonial videos, platform how to videos, and podcast clips, with captions and thumbnails Motion and 3D assets and videos packaged for multiple platforms and aspect ratios Organized source files and a current asset and license manifest A concise playbook for our video and motion workflow, with templates and presets
