Overview I am looking for an experienced social media manager to take over the management of my existing Facebook and Instagram accounts. Both platforms are already set up and active, but I want to take them to the next level with proper strategy, growth, and lead generation.
What I Need
A proven social media professional (ideally UK-based or with strong knowledge of the UK market).
Someone who understands how to use Facebook and Instagram to generate leads and not just post content for the sake of it.
Expertise in creating engaging, professional content (graphics, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
Ability to manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads) to grow reach and generate high-quality leads.
Clear monthly reporting on growth, engagement, and leads generated.
No beginners – I only want to work with someone who knows exactly what they’re doing.

Generate consistent, high-quality leads through Facebook and Instagram.
Establish a clear, professional, and consistent online presence.
Requirements
Experience managing social media for UK businesses (examples/portfolio required).
Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager & Meta Ads Manager.
Ability to work independently and deliver results without hand-holding.
