We are a garden design company based in Europe. We specialize in creating modern, aesthetic and emotionally engaging private outdoor spaces. Every project is deeply personalized and follows a clear creative process: from client briefing → to a creative garden vision → to real-life implementation.
We’re currently looking for a garden designer to extend our amazing team and who combines a great aesthetic and garden/plant/landscaping experience and skillset.
Among other things, your job is to:
Translate creative garden visions into – a top-down site plan / garden layout (CAD or similar) – a beautiful (!!) 3D-Rendering of the garden – including key areas, dimensions, pathways, materials and zones – with a clean, modern aesthetic and graphic quality
Perform checks from a professional landscape/horticulture perspective: – Are the ideas viable based on client goals, size, sun/shade, soil, etc.? – Would you suggest improvements? Additions? Adjustments?
Add a planting & material concept: – Zone-based plan, with plant suggestions that fit the mood & structure – material concept for areas like paths, terraces etc.
What You Receive Per Project • Structured creative brief • Creative concept • Annotated site plan and aerial photo • Notes, sketches, visuals • Client goals & functional requirements
What We’re Looking For • an outstanding garden designer with skills in: • Landscape architecture / garden planning • CAD / 2D planning tools (SketchUp, Vectorworks, etc.) • beautiful 3D renderings of gardens • Modern, aesthetic gardens (not just functional planting) • Ability to understand and interpret creative ideas and turn them into a clear technical base plan • Long-term mindset – this is not a one-off project: → Within our collaboration, we would start many projects per month → Your output must be reliable, consistent and polished • Open to feedback & collaboration – we work as a creative team
Remote-Friendly We don’t care where you’re based – as long as you’re reliable, organized and great at what you do. Good English required, German is a plus but not necessary.
Budget & Terms • Please quote your per-project rate • Projects are generally small to mid-sized private gardens (200–800 m²) • Each project should be handled within 3–5 working days, revisions will follow afterwards • Please show us sample plans or portfolios (we value clarity, visual quality, and structure!)
