We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting others, and helping teams do their best work. In this role, you’ll be a go-to person for daily coordination, communication, and office support, making a real difference in how smoothly our workplace runs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping calendars and schedules on track, making sure meetings and appointments run smoothly.
Preparing reports, presentations, and documents that help our teams stay informed and aligned.
Being a friendly first point of contact for calls, emails, and visitors.
Maintaining records and filing systems so information is always accessible.
Supporting team events and engagement activities that bring people together.
Helping with expense tracking, supply management, and other day-to-day needs.
Taking meeting notes and helping follow up on action items so nothing gets missed.
Protecting confidentiality and always handling sensitive information with care.
What We’re Looking For
Someone with great organizational skills who loves keeping things running smoothly.
Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in person.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar tools.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to juggle a few things at once.
A positive, approachable personality who enjoys helping others succeed.
Previous experience in an admin or support role is helpful, but we’re open to fast learners too.
