FULL JOB DESCRIPTION This role is centred on sales and the conversion of enquiries into booked consultations. The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, manage objections, and secure appointments. Exact wordings and proven processes must be followed with precision. The ability to demonstrate these skills during the recruitment process will be a key part of selection. You will also be expected to demonstrate persuasive sales ability and listening skills in a live Zoom interview after the initial qualification stage. Experience within property or landlord services is advantageous, though not essential. Familiarity with CRMs, diary management, and accurate minute-taking will add value.
