Expected duration: More than 6 months We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities include:
Managing emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination Preparing and editing documents, reports, and spreadsheets Handling data entry and database updates Assisting with online research and information gathering Providing general administrative support as required The role requires proficiency with common office tools such as Word, Excel, and Google Workspace. Previous experience as a virtual or administrative assistant is preferred but not required.
