Tender Brief: Facebook Business Page Setup & Ads Management Title: Facebook Business Page Setup & Local Lead Generation Ads Management Overview I’m seeking a consultant to set up and manage a Facebook Business Page for a Bristol-based property services business. The primary goal is to generate leads from local homeowners (aged 30–65) within a 10-mile radius of Bristol. Scope of Work • Setup: Create and configure a professional Facebook Business Page (branding, About section, services, contact details, call-to-action button). • Branding: Use supplied logo, colours, and photos. Stock/placeholder content can be used where needed. • Initial Content: Create a small set of launch posts to make the page look active. • Ads Campaign: o Set up and manage Facebook Lead Ads o Target: Homeowners, landlords, small property owners in Bristol + 10 miles o Objective: Generate enquiries and quote requests o Optimise ads for cost per enquiry • Reporting: Provide simple monthly reports covering key metrics (views, enquiries, lead conversions). Budget & Payment • Maximum monthly spend: £700 total o £350 allocated to ad spend (paid directly via business card) o £350 allocated to management fees (paid to consultant) • One-off setup cost: to be included in the management fee or quoted separately (within reason). Timeline • Setup to be completed within 2 weeks of contract start. • Ongoing management on a rolling monthly basis (subject to performance review).
Evaluation Criteria • Demonstrated experience setting up and managing Facebook Business Pages and Ads. • Portfolio/examples of similar local lead generation work. • Clear explanation of how you’ll generate and optimise leads. • Value for money within the stated budget.
