Key responsibilities include translating text while maintaining tone and clarity, converting Imperial measurements to metric, and ensuring vegan dietary notes remain prominent. You will adapt ingredient terminology and cooking methods for Latin-American and Iberian audiences, preserving the essence of the original recipes.
Please deliver the final cards in the original format, alongside a terminology glossary and a brief note on any cultural adaptations made. Proficiency with CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ is advantageous, but flexibility in software is permitted as long as formatting is intact.
