About the Project
We are building a new job board platform designed to connect forward-thinking employers with skilled professionals across Europe. Our goal is to use AI and automation to scale both employer and candidate growth efficiently and cost-effectively.
We currently have a free Buffer account for social automation. Any additional tools or paid plans (for example Zapier, Make, Flowise, etc.) should be recommended by the freelancer, with cost, scalability, and suitability carefully considered before setup.

Scope of Work
Phase 2 – AI SDR & Automated Outreach (Employers)
Build an AI-driven SDR (Sales Development Representative) system using Make/Zapier, GPT-4, Google Sheets, and PhantomBuster or Waalaxy.
Automatically find company leads, score them by relevance or hiring potential, and send personalized GPT-generated outreach messages via email or LinkedIn.
Create a dashboard (Sheets, Airtable, or Notion) showing:
Leads contacted
Replies and open rates
Message performance

Phase 3 – AI Candidate Matching & Chatbot
Integrate semantic job-to-candidate matching (OpenAI embeddings or Jina.ai) using our existing Adzuna API job data.
Build an AI chatbot widget (Flowise, Landbot, or Botpress) that helps candidates instantly find roles or assists employers with job posting inquiries.
Include multilingual support (English, German, Spanish).

Use Adzuna API data to build a lead-scoring system predicting which companies are most likely to hire soon.

Technical Requirements
Use no-code or low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, GPT API, Flowise, etc.).
Each phase must be modular and independently functional.
Must follow GDPR-compliant data practices (no scraping PII).
Free Adzuna API access is already available and should be used where relevant if it's limitations are not an issue.
Cost efficiency is important – freelancer must recommend the best-value tools and packages for long-term sustainability.
