we’re looking for a freelance designer to prepare a full bathroom design package for one of our renovation projects.
The task includes: • Creating a 2D layout based on the client’s references and measurements; • Producing 3D realistic renders showing materials, lighting, and furniture placement; • Preparing wall elevations with dimensions, tile layout, and key details; • Coordinating the style and finishes according to the client’s preferences and provided references.
We will provide: • Room measurements (floor plan); • Reference photos and inspiration images; • List of required fixtures (bath, vanity, shower, WC, etc.).
The final deliverables should include: • 2D plan (PDF or DWG); • 3D renders (high-quality JPG or PNG); • Wall elevations with dimensions and tile layouts.
Please include in your proposal: • Your portfolio (especially bathroom projects), • The software you use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.), • And an estimated turnaround time for the project.
We’re looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented for potential ongoing collaboration on similar projects.
