I’m looking to renovate our residential building and would like a realistic 3D exterior rendition based on existing architectural drawings.
The aim is to visualise the proposed design and experiment with a few stylistic variations — for example, different exterior tones, finishes, and window shapes — to help finalise the look before renovation.
What I’ll provide: • 2D architectural drawings or elevations (PDF or image format) • Notes on materials, colour preferences, and design references
What I need from you: • High-quality 3D render(s) of the house exterior from the front (and possibly angled or aerial views) • Realistic lighting and materials (stone, render, roof tiles, windows, etc.) • Optional: two or three versions showing subtle design variations
Ideal freelancer: • Experienced in architectural visualisation or 3D rendering (e.g. SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Blender, or similar) • Able to provide previous examples of residential renders • Communicative and open to small adjustments during review
