Reliable Medicare is a trusted UK provider of premium health, wellness, and aesthetic products, supplying professionals and consumers across Europe. We’re expanding our portfolio with a new private label health and wellness range and are seeking an experienced Private Label & Supply Chain Expert to lead the project from concept to launch.
Our immediate focus is sourcing and launching with a South Korean manufacturer, renowned for innovation and high-quality standards in health, beauty, and nutraceutical products.
Your Mission: Take full ownership of our next product launch by leveraging your supplier relationships, regulatory knowledge, and commercial insight — particularly within the South Korean manufacturing landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify and engage reliable South Korean manufacturers specializing in health, wellness, or aesthetic products. Negotiate optimal pricing, terms, and exclusivity agreements. - Product Development & Compliance: Manage formulation, packaging, and labelling to ensure full UK/EU regulatory and import compliance, including documentation, testing, and certifications. - Packaging & Branding: Oversee compliant packaging and coordinate with design teams to deliver a premium, market-ready presentation. - Go-To-Market Strategy: Create a data-driven launch plan covering positioning, pricing, and channel strategy for the UK/EU market. - Performance & Scale: Review post-launch results and recommend strategies for scaling or expanding product lines.
What We’re Looking For: ✅ Proven experience in private label product development within health, supplements, wellness, skincare, or FMCG sectors ✅ Strong network of trusted South Korean manufacturers and suppliers ✅ Deep understanding of UK/EU health regulations, import procedures, and quality standards (GMP, ISO, MHRA, CE) ✅ Track record in supplier negotiation, compliance oversight, and end-to-end product launches ✅ Strategic mindset with commercial and analytical acumen
Ideal Background: - Experience launching South Korean-made health or beauty products for UK/EU markets - Familiarity with K-beauty, nutraceuticals, or functional wellness trends - Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics, lab testing, and documentation for EU import - Prior collaborations with Korean contract manufacturers or OEM/ODM partners
