We are seeking a professional English-speaking representative to handle client interviews and communication on behalf of our technical development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of software development concepts, and experience speaking with hiring recruiters, technical managers, or executives.
This role involves representing our team during introductory and coordination calls, and you’ll communicate clearly, professionally, and accurately about our team’s capabilities, project history, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
Attend and manage client/recruiter screening or introduction calls
Communicate our team’s skills, experience, and availability effectively
Coordinate with clients and pass along details to our internal team
Handle follow-ups with recruiters or clients about next steps
Maintain professional, transparent, and ethical communication at all times
Requirements:
Fluent or native-level English communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident in Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams interview settings
Professional attitude and presentation
Prior experience in recruiting, client relations, or tech sales is a plus
Work Details:
