We are now looking for a skilled SEO Expert / SEO Virtual Assistant to help us improve our search engine visibility, attract qualified leads, and position as a trusted digital solutions brand.
Role Overview You will be responsible for developing and executing a complete SEO strategy to rank the website for competitive, high-intent keywords. The goal is to increase organic traffic, boost keyword rankings, and generate inbound leads for our core services.
Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive website SEO audit to identify and fix on-page, off-page, and technical SEO issues. • Perform keyword research focused on high-converting terms related to: o Website design and development o eCommerce development (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) o UI/UX Design o Custom / Bespoke Software Solutions o Web maintenance and support • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking for search engines and users. • Develop a content strategy targeting buyer-intent and informational keywords. • Build high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. • Optimize for local SEO (UK market) and Google My Business ranking. • Track and report SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword positions, click-through rates, and conversions. • Collaborate with our team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web design and new pages. • Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategy to maintain ranking stability.
Requirements • Proven experience improving rankings and organic traffic for technology, agency, or SaaS websites. • Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and keyword research tools. • Experience in on-page SEO, link building, and technical optimization (Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.). • Excellent understanding of content strategy and keyword mapping. • Knowledge of WordPress SEO (bonus if familiar with Elementor or similar builders). • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Performance Goals we aim to: 1. Rank on the first page of Google for 10–15 core keywords 2. Increase organic traffic by at least 150%. 3. Generate a consistent flow of inbound leads from organic search.
