Job Title: Freelance Web Developer / Agency for Career Events & Coaching Platform (Hired and Trained) Location: Remote (UK-based preferred) Type: Freelance / Contract Budget: £1,000 Timeline: 1-2 months Start: As soon as possible About We are a social impact platform focused on helping people grow through skills, training, and career development. We're building a new version of our platform — a Career Events and Coaching Hub — that connects people to workshops, events, and personalised coaching opportunities while integrating our unique assessment tool that highlights their strengths. We're looking for an experienced freelance web developer or agency to bring our completed Figma designs to life and develop a fully functional MVP for this next stage. Project Scope The goal is to build a clean, engaging, and user-friendly platform that includes:
Events Listing Page – showcasing upcoming career events, workshops, and training sessions. User Sign-Up & Registration System – allowing users to create profiles and register for events. Book a Career Coach Feature – enabling users to browse and schedule sessions with coaches. Integration of Existing Assessment Tool – we already have a working HTML file of our custom strengths and trainability assessment ready for embedding. Admin Dashboard – for managing events, users, and coaches. Responsive and Accessible Design – the full design has been completed in Figma, ready for handover.
(Note: The platform will not include job searching or job application functionality at this stage.) What We're Looking For
Proven experience in full-stack web development (React, Next.js, or similar). Strong ability to convert Figma designs into a responsive, accessible website. Experience building event listing, booking, or assessment integration features. Understanding of user authentication, admin dashboards, and database management. Familiarity with scalable deployment platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or Netlify. Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively with the founder.

Fully functional MVP based on Figma designs. Integrated HTML assessment tool. Event management and booking functionality. Admin dashboard for managing events, users, and coaches. Testing, documentation, and deployment.
