The three projects are interlinked, so we want one person or small team who can plan and execute a joined-up content and growth strategy — not just post random photos.
The Role
Create and schedule high-quality, brand-aligned content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
Manage growth and engagement across all pages
Develop and maintain a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity
Produce monthly reports and content calendars
Coordinate with on-site photography and events
Requirements
UK-based only — do not apply if you are not resident in the UK
Proven results with hospitality, lifestyle, or drinks brands (examples required)
Strong copywriting and design eye
Strategic mindset — this is about brand building, not volume posting
Reliable, responsive, and fluent in written English
Budget & Terms
£600–£900/month depending on output and results
3-month trial with potential for long-term retainer
