We’re looking for a reliable and proactive operations and administrative assistant to support our growing team. The ideal freelancer will help manage day-to-day operations, streamline processes, handle administrative tasks, and assist with workflow improvements.
You should be organised, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. Tasks may include scheduling, data entry, document preparation, creating templates, and supporting the team in various operational projects.
Experience in operations, office administration, or business support is essential. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are required.
There is potential for the right candidate to transition into a longer-term role within the operations department.
