We specialize in ADU construction, home remodeling, additions, and full design-build projects — and we’re growing fast! We’re looking for a creative and skilled Video Ad Creator who can produce scroll-stopping, high-converting Meta video ads that highlight our services and attract new clients. Your Main Role: You’ll be responsible for creating engaging video ads for Meta platforms — Facebook and Instagram. Each video should tell a story, educate viewers, and motivate them to call or message us for our construction and ADU services. What You’ll Do: Create high-quality, engaging, and persuasive video ads optimized for Meta. Edit and repurpose existing footage, photos, and renders into dynamic ad content. Write or follow compelling ad scripts that drive viewer action (calls or form submissions). Add text overlays, motion graphics, captions, and smooth transitions. Stay updated with Meta ad trends and optimize creative formats for better CTR and conversions. Collaborate with our marketing team to align visuals with campaigns and messaging. Manage and organize project files for easy access and revisions. Requirements: Proven experience creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) video ads — please provide examples or portfolio links. Strong understanding of ad storytelling, pacing, and emotional triggers. killed in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar AI video software (e.g., InVideo, Pictory, Vizard). Ability to design videos in 9:16 and 1:1 formats, optimized for Reels and feeds. Good English communication and script comprehension. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on deadlines. Nice to Have (Bonus): Experience in the construction, home design, or real estate industry Familiarity with AI tools for video generation and voiceover Understanding of Meta Ads Manager performance metrics and creative testing
