We need a developer to install and configure 10 open-source Text-to-Speech (TTS) engines on our AWS instance (access provided). Each engine should expose a simple API endpoint that accepts text input and returns audio output (MP3 or WAV). The engines will be connected to a Replit site to test and compare each TTS engine.
Create a REST API for each engine (e.g. Flask or FastAPI): - Endpoint: POST /synthesize - Input: { "text": "Hello world" } - Output: audio file (MP3 or WAV)
Host on AWS - Use Docker or Python virtual environments. - Configure environment dependencies (CUDA, PyTorch, etc.). - Verify each engine can generate audio successfully.
Documentation - Provide a short README with: - How to call each API endpoint - Required parameters (if any) - Basic install/update instructions
Deliverables - 10 working API endpoints (one per TTS engine) - Each tested with short text input returning valid audio - Basic documentation for reuse and maintenance
