Expected duration: Ongoing We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with light outreach and simple daily admin support tasks. We will train you. Work will be consistent daily. We value people who follow systems well. Tasks include: * sending structured outreach messages (copy + slight personalization) * simple data entry * tagging leads + updating status * light CRM upkeep * logging replies * following daily SOP checklists Requirements: * strong written English * reliable and consistent * follows instructions * coachable * organized * comfortable with repetition and routine Nice to Have (not required): * any experience in sales support / lead gen * Google Sheets familiarity Compensation Structure: * Training ramp period: $2.50/hr * Promotion bump to $3/hr after 10 business days of consistent SOP execution + daily quota hitting. Hours: Part time start → increases based on performance Start: ASAP If you are dependable, can follow systems, and want long term work — you will grow here.
