Compliant Web Scraping – Build U.S. Database of Life & Annuity Agents, Financial Advisors & Women Consumers Interested in Financial Planning
Goal: Build a verified, compliant, U.S.-based database of:
Life & annuity insurance agents
All categories of financial advisors
Women consumers who have opted in or publicly expressed interest in financial guidance, investing, or life-stage financial topics (career break, childbirth, caregiving, retirement).
What I Need
1. Life & Annuity Insurance Agents Focus only on life insurance and annuity professionals (exclude property & casualty). Fields required: Full Name, Verified Email, Phone (if public), Agency/Company, City/State, License Type (Life, Annuity), Active Status (if available), Gender (if identifiable), Languages spoken, Years of Experience or License Date, NPN or License ID (if available), Specialties (Retirement Income, Estate Planning, Long-Term Care, etc.), Website/LinkedIn (if available), Source URL (must be included for compliance).
2. Financial Advisors (All Categories) Include RIAs, CFPs, fiduciary planners, brokers, and hybrid advisors. Fields required: Full Name, Verified Email, Firm Name/CRD or SEC ID (if available), Title/Certifications (CFP, CFA, ChFC, RIA, etc.), State(s) of Registration, Gender, Languages spoken, Years of Experience, Focus Areas (Investing, Retirement Planning, Women Clients, etc.), Website/LinkedIn, Source URL.
3. Women Consumers (Opt-In Only) Identify U.S. women who have opted in to financial newsletters, resource platforms, or professional associations related to personal finance, investing, insurance, or life-stage topics (e.g., caregiving, career break, children, retirement). Fields required: Full Name, Verified Email, City/State, Age Range (if available), Interests (career break, caregiving, family, retirement, entrepreneurship, etc.), Source (URL showing opt-in context).
Compliance & Verification Use public or opt-in data only (no scraped social profiles or purchased lists). Follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA guidelines. Include email verification (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc.). Each dataset must include a source column and a short compliance summary explaining how data was collected and validated.
Deliverables Three verified datasets (Agents, Advisors, Women Consumers). Source and verification summary. Delivered as CSV or Airtable. Optionally include scripts or Apify/Browse.ai “actors” to refresh monthly.
Suggested Tools (flexible) Apify, Browse.ai, Phantombuster, Octoparse, or similar. Email verification via NeverBounce or ZeroBounce.
