Description:
We are looking for a senior full-stack developer to finish and polish an existing web platform already running in production. The project is GoAmico — a hospitality review & loyalty platform where guests can leave verified reviews and venues can optionally offer perks or loyalty benefits. The platform is already deployed and running on our Hostinger VPS using Docker Compose. Current Tech Stack Backend: Django (ASGI / Daphne), Django REST Framework Frontend: React / Next.js Database: PostgreSQL Cache / Queue: Redis Server: Ubuntu 25.04 (Hostinger VPS) Reverse Proxy: NGINX Deployment: Docker / Docker Compose What Is Already Working Server, Docker stack, Reverse Proxy, SSL, Domain all configured Auth, user accounts, business profiles Reviews and general platform structure Work Needed (Scope) Work Needed 1. Verified Review System This is a key part of GoAmico and must be fully functional: Users must be able to submit reviews only after real visits Admin / venue owners should be able to verify or flag reviews Ensure the logic is correct both from user side and owner dashboard Confirm notifications, display states, and permissions behave consistently 2. Calendar & Booking Logic Fix calendar functionality: Owners must be able to add availability / events System must block bookings once capacity is full Booking request flows must complete reliably (user ↔ venue) 3. Bug Fixing & QA We have 3 short internal test reports listing: UI alignment issues Missing API connections Incomplete edge-case handling These must be resolved cleanly. 4. UI / UX Polishing Responsive layout cleanup Homepage featured venue / ad slot component 5. Deployment Stability Ensure Docker Compose builds cleanly from repo Improve logs and error visibility Document deploy & rollback procedure General user/owner dashboards: Confirm data is displayed and updated correctly across both roles 2. Bug Fixing & QA We have 3 short test reports / lists of issues from platform walkthroughs that need to be reviewed and resolved. These include: UI inconsistencies API response mismatches Missing edge-case validations 3. UI / UX Polishing Final spacing, alignment, and responsiveness cleanup Homepage featured venue / advertising slot component 4. Deployment & Stability Ensure Docker Compose build is clean and reproducible Improve logging & error tracing Provide final deployment + rollback instructions Deliverables Fully functioning platform with the above features completed All known issues from the 3 test reports resolved Stable deployment with Docker Compose (production-ready) Clean and readable codebase README + deployment documentation 7-day post-launch support for minor fixes Access Provided SSH access to Hostinger VPS (non-root deployment user) Frontend & backend code (we host internally) Existing Docker Compose setup and environment structure Requirements 5+ years experience in Django + DRF Strong experience in React / Next.js Familiarity with Docker + NGINX server deployment Comfortable working with existing codebases Can communicate clearly and deliver reliably Nice to Have Experience with booking systems or scheduling workflows UI/UX attention to detail To Apply, Please Answer: Share 2–3 Django + React projects you’ve built or maintained.
