I’m looking for a reliable video editor to work with me long-term from January 2026 on short-form content for YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
About me:
I run an accountancy and tax advisory firm in Greater Manchester and produce regular talking-head videos on small business topics, local stories, tax insights, martial arts lessons, and practical advice. The tone is calm, professional, British, and occasionally dry-humoured — nothing over-the-top or “YouTuber style.”
What I need from you:
• Editing 30–90 second clips (I’ll provide raw footage) • Clean, readable subtitles (British spelling only) • Light colour correction and audio tidy-up • Simple but consistent branding • Vertical and square versions where needed • Fast turnaround (48–72 hours ideally) • A consistent style — not overly flashy, no American hype
What the work looks like:
• 10–20 edited clips per month to start • Ongoing work if we’re a good fit • You’ll receive the files via Dropbox and return finished edits the same way
Who I’m looking for:
• Someone who understands UK business tone and subtle humour • Comfortable working from talking-head footage • Attention to detail with captions • Reliable, organised, and easy to communicate with
Budget:
£20–£40 per video depending on complexity, or a fixed monthly package if you prefer.
If this sounds like a good fit, please send:
1. 2–3 examples of similar short-form edits 2. Your turnaround time 3. Your preferred rate (per video or monthly) 4. Any questions you need answered before starting
