I’m looking for a professional with experience in acquisitions, negotiations, or stakeholder engagement to help initiate discussions with a small media/radio organisation regarding a potential private purchase, partnership, or management transfer.
Despite initial contact being made through the appropriate channels, the organisation has become unresponsive, so I need someone who can:
Identify and reach the correct senior decision-makers Open a productive conversation on our behalf Present our interest in a clear and professional way Handle sensitive communication tactfully Advise on next steps in progressing an acquisition

Ideal Background: Experience in media/radio acquisitions OR charity/CIC/board-level negotiations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills UK-based experience preferred Understanding of governance, trustees, or licence-holding structures (bonus)
