We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in CRM workflow automation, particularly HighLevel (GENIE AI), to join our team for a long-term collaboration. This role requires a technical professional with strong business acumen who can independently manage client relationships and deliver complex automation and integration solutions. As a key member of our team, you will guide clients through strategic conversations, diagnose technical challenges, and oversee the implementation of solutions across various tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Workflow Management: Design, build, and troubleshoot workflows using HighLevel, Zapier, and Make.com/N8N.
Client Communication: Lead discovery calls, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions directly with business owners.
Integration & Automation: Work on multi-system integrations, including CRM, ERP, and service management software.
Business Process Analysis: Map existing manual processes, identify automation opportunities, and create SOPs.
Data Management & Cleanup: Handle data migration, deduplication, and integrity management.
Training & Documentation: Create process documentation and provide client training as necessary.
Required Skills:
HighLevel/GENIE AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of workflows, automations, custom objects, and integrations. Ability to troubleshoot bugs and platform limitations.
Automation Tools: Advanced skills in Zapier, Make.com/N8N for creating complex workflows and automations.
API Integration: Experience with third-party API integrations and webhooks.
Business Process Analysis: Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and optimize client operations.
Project Management: Proficient in Asana, Trello, or similar tools for task and client management.
CRM/ERP/Service Management Integration: Experience with platforms like Xero, QuickBooks, and service tools like Service Mate, Scoro, and others.
Email Marketing & Deliverability: Understanding of DKIM, SPF, DMARC setup, email sequence building, and warming strategies.
Data Migration & Cleanup: Expertise in importing/exporting data and managing system migrations.
Technical Writing: Ability to write clear SOPs and client documentation.
Highly Desired Skills (Bonus):
JavaScript/Custom Code: Experience with basic code snippets for HighLevel and HTML/CSS for custom templates.
E-commerce & Payment Integration: Experience with Shopify and payment gateways like GoCardless, Stripe.
Teaching & Training: Ability to create training materials and walk clients through technical concepts.
Consultative Selling: Experience with identifying client needs, upselling, and managing client expectations.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 3+ years in marketing automation or CRM consulting with a proven track record in business analysis, CRM, and integrations.
Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable leading client meetings, explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients, and troubleshooting complex issues.
Availability: Flexible working hours with availability during UK timezone for client calls.
Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Example 1: Complex Multi-System Integration – Help an interior design company integrate their CRM (HighLevel) with Asana, Service Mate, and Xero, improving data flow and resolving issues with broken workflows.
Example 2: Workflow Automation & Lead Nurture – Set up automated lead tracking, nurture sequences, and a digital customer portal for a bathroom renovation company.
Example 3: Process Mapping & System Selection – Work with an accounting firm to standardize workflows and implement GENIE AI or another automation tool.
Example 4: Platform Setup & Configuration – Help a training academy implement a multi-day course booking system, custom objects for equipment management, and integration with Shopify.
