Looking for a Freelance Customer Success Partner to help keep my clients happy, informed, and supported. This role is focused on building long-term relationships, making sure clients see value in the services they receive, and reducing churn.
What you’ll do: - Act as the main point of contact for a small group of clients. - Welcome and onboard new clients, making sure they understand the process and next steps. - Check in with clients regularly, gather feedback, and spot risks early. - Coordinate simple follow-ups, reminders, and updates across email and other channels. - Track basic client metrics (renewals, engagement, issues) and suggest improvements.
What I’m looking for: - Strong written and spoken English. - Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support (freelance or in-house). - Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once. - Friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on client outcomes.
Project details: - Freelance / remote position. - Part-time, with flexible hours (to be agreed together). - Ongoing work possible if we are a good fit.
