I run an event hire company that hires out a range of event hire stock.
I carry out three four event hire installations a week and am using Google calendar to log my bookings, Zoho for my invoicing and a spreadsheet for my stock levels - so it's a bit all over the place.
I have a Wordpress website at https://cornwalleventscompany.co.uk/ and I would like to integrate a booking / stocktaking system.
I would like the following process;
A client visits my website and places an order, selecting items for hire (if items are already hired out, then they are marked as unavailable)
From this list, a quote is generated and emailed to the client and myself
If the quote is accepted, then either an invoice is raised (it would be great if this was integrated with Zoho or another system) or a list of items and amounts produced that I can cut ‘n’ paste into Zoho to raise an invoice.
A jobsheet is generated detailing what items are needed along with the client’s address and contact details.
