We are looking for a proactive Media & Ads Assistant to support our growing UK-based entertainment marketing business. If you’re organised, creative, confident with video, and have some experience running ads, this is a great opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and get hands-on with exciting client projects.
Role Responsibilities
You will work directly with the MD and support on a range of tasks, including:
Pulling data from various platforms and completing client reports
Using ChatGPT to create ad copy, blog posts, and short-form content ideas
Setting up basic Google Ads campaigns (full guidance provided)
Launching Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
Creating short-form video content & reels for clients, following brand guidelines
General admin and ad-hoc support tasks as required
Requirements
Video editing and short-form content creation experience is essential
Basic experience setting up ads (Google or Meta)
Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Familiarity with CRM systems like GoHighLevel, Infusionsoft, or similar is preferred
Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions clearly
Must be available UK mornings for regular catch-up calls
Able to start ASAP
Hours & Compensation
Part-time position
$400/month to start
Higher rate available for candidates with strong video editing skills
