1. Client Booking – End-to-End Testing
Test the complete client journey for multiple service types, including: • Full booking flow on desktop and mobile • Manual approval workflow • Email notifications to both client and admin • Stripe payment flow (test + live mode) • Booking lifecycle updates and status changes
Output: Screenshots + notes for each test case.

2. Service Provider Sign-Up – End-to-End Testing • Complete the provider sign-up process • Validate CRM record creation • Check email notifications • Confirm appropriate tagging/automation behaviour

Validate the admin experience for: • Site Owner • Clients (if applicable) • Service Providers (if applicable)
Tasks include: • Confirming role permissions and access levels • Reviewing visibility of bookings, profiles, and contact data • Testing dashboard navigation and usability
Output: Summary of what each role can see/do, plus any issues.

4. Admin Function Testing • Approve, decline, edit, or cancel bookings • Manage client and provider records • Validate automated notifications for all key events • Confirm email routing to the correct admin address • Check booking filtering, sorting, and visibility

Test how the system behaves in cases such as: • Failed or cancelled payments • Incomplete form submissions • Out-of-area booking attempts • Admin adjustments to booking statuses • Automation or email failures

General web designers will not be considered — I need a freelancer who deeply understands Wix from an operational perspective.
