All four groups should be proper local SMEs, not franchises or big companies.

Business Info • Must have a working website • Ideally, an older or dated website (not brand new or agency-looking) • Google Business Profile preferably claimed • Local businesses only — not big firms or corporate structures
Contact Person • Owner / Director / Managing Director / Partner (only) • No HR, no assistants, no generic “CEO” of huge companies
Email Requirements • A named email is preferred (example: john@businessname.ie) • Generic emails (info@ / admin@) are fine only when nothing else exists • Emails must be valid and checked for deliverability
Data Needed for Each Contact • Business Name • Website • Contact Person Name • Job Title • Email • City • Phone (if available)

Quality Standards
I will reject the list if: • The businesses don’t fit the four groups • They’re not based in Ireland • The contacts aren’t owners/directors • Emails bounce or look fake • Websites are obviously new templates • Data is copied from irrelevant sources
I want a list I can actually use — not bulk data.
