Project Goal: I have a fully working software application developed in Replit. I now need it deployed into a UK-hosted production environment so the system is fully UK GDPR compliant. No production data should ever be stored on Replit. I need a developer to handle all technical setup steps on AWS.

What I Need You To Do
1. Server Setup (AWS Lightsail – London Region) • Create a Lightsail instance in eu-west-2 (London) • Configure Ubuntu + Node.js or Python (depending on app) • Install Git, pull my code, install dependencies • Set up environment variables securely • Configure the app to run with PM2 or systemd

2. Database Setup (UK-Only) • Create a Lightsail Managed Database in London (Postgres or MySQL depending on app) • Configure secure connection settings • Run migrations / initialise schema • Ensure no remote access except from the application

3. Secure UK File Storage (S3 London) • Create an S3 bucket in eu-west-2 for file uploads • Set correct IAM user + restricted access policies • Configure the application to upload files to S3 instead of local storage

4. Reverse Proxy + HTTPS • Install and configure Nginx • Set up reverse proxy to the running application • Configure Let’s Encrypt SSL using Certbot so the domain is fully HTTPS • Ensure auto-renewal of certificates

5. Domain Configuration • Provide instructions for DNS setup (or do it if I provide access) • Point domain or subdomain to the Lightsail Static IP

6. Logging & Basic Monitoring • Ensure server logs are working • Set up simple health check or restart policy in PM2 • Confirm no logs are exported outside the UK
