Expected duration: Ongoing We are looking for a hybrid Creative Designer -someone with genuinely strong graphic design skills and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to push ideas further, faster. We’re not looking for an illustrator. We’re looking for a designer who understands brand, storytelling, digital marketing, and packaging - and who also knows how to use AI (artificial intell) as a creative accelerator.
You should be confident working across: • Packaging concepts and 3D/AI mockups • Web assets, icons, infographics, and landing page visuals • Social media design (static + motion) • Paid ad creatives that convert • AI-generated imagery, stylised photography, product visuals, and video (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Adobe AI, DALL·E etc.) • Bold, punchy headline copy to support campaigns and ads
We’re building a fresh, modern wellness brand , clean, confident, playful, premium. You’ll work alongside the founder to turn ideas into on-brand assets that feel elevated and distinctive. A digital-marketing mindset is a big plus: knowing what stops the scroll, what sells, and how to communicate clearly through design.
The ideal person: • Exceptional eye for layout, typography, colour, and brand consistency • Fluent in Figma or Adobe (or both) • Comfortable concepting from scratch • Confident using AI tools as part of your workflow • Good with words as well as visuals • Fast, reliable, and proactive • Understands the aesthetic of modern DTC brands • Can handle quick turnarounds without dropping quality
