Install & configure Houzez theme
UI/UX tweaks (colors, layout, homepage blocks, property cards)
Full mobile responsiveness
OTP login integration (MessageCentral or similar plugin-based setup)
Backend configuration:
Property types & categories
Listing submission form fields
Search filters (price, BHK, locality, etc.)
Email notifications
Basic speed optimization
Testing (OTP, listings, search, mobile)
NOT included (must agree):
No Make.com / Zapier
No Google Sheets workflows
No WhatsApp automation
No custom plugins
No custom APIs
No multi-city setup
No deep PHP/backend coding

OTP login working end-to-end
Clean UI/UX (desktop + mobile)
Backend ready for real listings
20–30 min handover walkthrough
30 days minor bug support
