We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Officer to manage payroll processes for our dynamic Mysterious Shopping Company. As a key part of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll systems, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for employees
Ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies
Maintain payroll records and ensure accurate deductions
Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Prepare reports and assist with audits as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
